New Hampshire Secretary of State David Scanlan told Newsmax on Wednesday that former President Donald Trump “performed much closer than the polls were saying” in the Granite State.
Scanlan, speaking during an appearance on “National Report” the morning after Election Day, noted that “there’s no question that in New Hampshire, and obviously across the country, there’s a lot of passion among the voters.”
He added, “New Hampshire had an incredible turnout yesterday, I believe it’s going to be a solid record for turnout in a presidential general election.”
