Erie Parking Authority is a public municipal parking authority operating in the City of Erie that has thrived on providing economic and safe parking solutions within the city limits for over 50 years.
With multiple locations and services offered we are looking to hire a Full-Time excited service minded individual to our Maintenance team. Erie Parking Authority offers stable hours along with healthcare and 401K benefits for its full time employees.
This position is responsible for providing support to our garages and surface lot properties. This position reports directly to the operations manager on a daily basis for all Erie Parking Authority assignments. This job may include but is not limited to sweeping, lighting, pressure washing, landscaping, plowing, and customer service within our parking facilities. It is essential that the applicant is able to follow instructions and that he/she is consistent, accurate, and detail oriented.
Required Experience:

• Able to work effectively in a team and independently with minimal supervision
• Able to follow procedures and produce reliable repeatable work
• Able to work with basic hand tools

• Valid PA Drivers License
• Capable of driving and operating a truck equipped with a snow plow in tight areas
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Able to stand for 8+ hours
• Willing and able to work in hot and/or cold environment
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in General Labor
• Experience in customer service
Position entry-level; will train dependable candidates; $15/hr
Work days and shifts vary per monthly set schedule and snow conditions
Monday – Sunday 7a-3p 3p-11p
