We are hiring for the following positions:

Draftsman –  Develop and assist in the development of detailed 3D models and drawings for metal enclosures and sheet metal components utilizing Autodesk Inventor software. 

· Work with inside sales and technical support to develop and support in the development of designs that meet customer needs and expectations. 

· Work with manufacturing and other vendors to provide accurate models and drawings accommodating for manufacturing capabilities. 

· Create and develop instructions and other support documentation for standard and custom products. 

· Identify, report, and assist in the resolution of potential manufacturing challenges and errors. 

· Problem solve and in some instances direct and assist in hands on resolutions to physical product and projects. 

· Review coworkers’ detail drawings & projects to provide feedback and check for errors. 

Knowledge and skills Required: 

· Minimum 1-year experience, solid understanding, and proficient in 3-D modeling software; Autodesk Inventor preferred 

· Microsoft Excel and Outlook experience required; Word and other Office experience preferred 

· Must have experience working with manufacturing and/or have good understanding of mechanical systems professionally and/or personally 

Mechanical Engineer – Primary Responsibilities: 

Develop 3D models and drawings for metal enclosures and sheet metal components utilizing Autodesk Inventor software. 

Work with inside sales, technical support, and product development to design products and solutions to meet customer needs and expectations. 

Work with manufacturing and other vendors to provide accurate models and drawings accommodating for manufacturing capabilities. 

Work with marketing and other teams to create and develop instructions and other support documentation for standard and custom products. 

Identify, report, and assist in the resolution of manufacturing challenges. 

Problem solve and in some instances direct and assist in hands on resolutions to physical product and projects. 

Knowledge and skills Required: 

2 year associates degree or equivalent work experience 

3D Modeling experience, Inventor Preferred 

3 – 5 years SHEET METAL engineering experience 

Demonstrated communication skills 

Ability to design for manufacture using laser, punch press, press brake, welding and powder coating operations.
